There are fourteen (14) Hawaii Department of Education (STATE) schools with a chilled water central plant on the Island of Oahu. This IFB will be for maintenance and repair services, and as-needed repairs ordered by the Contract Administrator (CA) for air conditioning (AC) and ventilating equipment located at these schools. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, lubricants, refrigerant, equipment, transportation, all other incidental works and supervision necessary for the complete inspection, maintenance and repairs to the air conditioning and ventilating equipment located at various Hawaii State Department of Education schools on the Island of Oahu schools as listed herein on Exhibit B, Equipment Schedule and Price Breakdown. The CONTRACTOR shall completely guarantee the satisfactory operation of all air conditioning and ventilating systems within the scope of this Contract such that classroom temperature can be maintained between 74 degrees to 76 degrees Fahrenheit unless otherwise directed by the CA. For health rooms and libraries temperature can be maintained between 72 degrees to 74 degrees Fahrenheit unless otherwise directed by the CA.
