Sewer lateral investigation and repair including, but not limited to, camera inspection (as needed), sawcutting asphalt pavement, excavation, expose and determine location of sewer line break/obstruction, clear obstruction, repair sewer line, backfill, 6” compacted base course, and 2” asphalt repair with State Mix V. $___________
