The Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Food Service Kitchen Safety Lesson Training Services to support the ongoing education, safety, and OSHA compliance of food service employees. The selected vendor must offer online and offline training options, English language content tailored to the hospitality and food service industry, and certification of completion per individual trained. Training shall be accessible via modern browsers and mobile devices, and include tracking tools, employer dashboard, and customizable content creation capabilities. This contract may include a separate in-person “Train-the-Trainer” component for forklift safety instruction and shall be priced independently.
