1. Lump Sum Mobilization including all preparatory work and operations, including, but not limited to movement of personnel, equipment, supplies and installing project sign; all other work and operations which must be performed or cost incurred prior to beginning work on the project site; and demobilization and removal of project sign. 2. Lump Sum Measures for the protection of the environment and general public, in place complete. Work includes but is not limited to furnishing, installing, maintaining, repairing and the subsequent removal of various temporary Best Management Practices (BMPs) for dust, erosion and sediment controls; good housekeeping; 3. Lump Sum Clearing and grubbing of the project site within the project limits. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing playcourts, concrete walkways and sidewalk, removal and proper disposal of items including paint on basketball rims with lead that are indicated for removal; backfilling excavations and voids left after removal with select borrow and all miscellaneous and appurtenant work.
