The Provider shall provide services in compliance with and including all the following tasks and responsibilities: A. Service Delivery Services shall provide a comprehensive, individualized and coordinated set of support services to the youth and family, where the focus is on identifying and utilizing their strengths, engaging them in the decision-making process, and collaborating with various community resources to address their complex needs in a holistic manner, rather than just addressing one-specific issue in isolation; essentially, “wrapping around” the youth with a network of support. Services shall follow the ten principles of the Wrapround process, refer to Section 2.1 A. Services shall be evidence-based, evidence-informed, and promising practices, whenever appropriate. Services shall be provided using a traumainformed approach, by recognizing the signs of trauma, having a system to respond to trauma, and resisting re-traumatization. The Provider shall provide every reasonable effort to assure that services are flexible and appropriate for the youth and family. Service activities may need to be conducted outside of normal business hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to accommodate the youth and family. The Provider shall assure the continuum of care and services in the event of personnel issues, i.e., staff illness, staff vacancies and shortfalls, or other situations that may pose any act of lacking program services.
