The following is a list of basic activities the CONTRACTOR shall perform three (3) times weekly except where otherwise stated. The CONTRACTOR shall complete a daily attendance sheet to ensure that all tasks have been completed. The attendance Sheet to be provided by the FGC Monthly. Floors Sweep and damp mop all hard surfaced and uncarpeted floors in kitchens, offices, common areas and all other areas in current use. Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs in kitchens, offices, common areas and all other areas in current use. Spot clean carpets and rugs as needed. Buff hard floors monthly or as needed Vacuum and clean interior floor mats. Trash Cans Empty kitchen trash cans. Wash kitchen trash cans at least weekly and as needed. Wash trash cans and replace liners as needed. Restrooms within FGC, if applicable Clean restroom surfaces Clean restroom sinks and mirrors Clean toilets and urinals Sweep and damp mop restroom floors Refill and clean paper and soap dispensers Break Rooms, Common Areas and Other Areas, if applicable Clean drinking fountains if available Clean tables, counter tops and chairs in Break Rooms, Video Tele- Conference Room, and Lobby Area.
