The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract three (3) 7-8 passenger mini vans (2019 or newer model) for JPMRC 26-01 rotation in Pohakuloa Training Area, Big Island, Hawaii. This procurement is a competitive requirement. The service period of performance (POP) will be from 08 Nov-26 Nov 2025.
(1) SOLICITATION/OFFEROR REQUIREMENTS
Offers shall consist of, at a minimum:
a. Signed and dated solicitation with total price of CLIN 0001, to include completing the last page of this document with contractor information.
b. Submit and complete your technical approach, confirming service/product compliance with the requirements.
(2) The Solicitation must be submitted in PDF format and must be submitted to the email addresses below: kristoffer.a.saranghilo.mil@army.mil and gloria.i.gutierrez7.mil@army.mil.
(3) The Contracting Officer (KO), MSG Gutierrez, Gloria and Contract Specialist (KS) SFC Saranghilo, Kristoffer are the points of contact (POC) for this acquisition.
(4) Address all questions or concerns you may have to the KO and the KS. Please identify the applicable salient characteristic description or solicitation reference with each question. Questions (RFI) shall be submitted no later than 1630 Hawaii Standard Time on 04 November 2025. Questions received after the suspense may not be answered.
Offers (RFQ) shall be submitted no later than 1630 Hawaii Standard Time on 05 November 2025. Quotes received after the suspense may not be considered.
