Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Perform support services for the Board of Water Supply (BWS) Oracle J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP 9.2 Financial and Human Resource system and database. Support services include, but not limited to, triaging and solutioning issues, requests, and reported defects; functional specification development and coding assistance; database maintenance and support; emergency consultation, request for change assessment, and consultative advice. Firms/consultants interested in responding should have qualifications and experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP 9.2 Financial and Human Resource system for the services listed above. (1) Qualifications of the Proposed Staff: Proposed resources must have a minimum of four (4) years of in-depth Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 ERP Financial and Human Resource functional and/or technical experience. (2) There shall be a minimum of one (1) project manager assigned by the firm to oversee the work and perform the services required for this project for the duration of the project. (3) The project manager must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or comparable information technology degree, project management or digital communications from an accredited college. Accounting/Finance degree will be accepted. (4) The project manager must have five (5) years of proven experience successfully managing and supporting complex IT systems, with emphasis in the government industry category. Utility industry experience is desired, but not required. (5) Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification is desired, but not required.
