The State of Hawai‘i, Department of Law Enforcement (DLE) is seeking quotes from responsible, responsive vendors for the provision of custom holographic identification card laminates, and blank identification card laminates. These laminates must be compatible with identification cards produced by our existing machines. DLE has previously procured a Swiftpro 300LE K30D Dual-Sided Retransfer ID Card Printer, with contactless smart encoding, and a Swiftpro L10 Simplex Laminator, used to affix .06 mil holographic custom overlays. This Solicitation is for two (2) types of holographic custom overlays and a clear overlay. The first holographic custom overlay design shall incorporate the existing DLE logo and Sheriff’s badge, and the second holographic custom overlay design shall incorporate the State Seal of Hawai‘i. The clear overlay shall be single sided. All overlays are to be .06 mil thickness, compatible with DLE’s existing Swiftpro L10 Simplex Laminator.
