Specifications include, but are not limited to: Create a cloud-based implementation of Opentext Content Server and related products as a document repository for new applications and eventual migration of legacy. I. Initial and production hardware configuration recommendations a. The initial hardware configuration must support software installation, configuration and testing uses. b. The initial hardware configuration will accept documents into the repository for configuration and testing purposes not to exceed 100 GB of documents. c. Configuration will include creation of workspaces for each forecast business unit using Opentext Content Server and related products. d. Recommendations for subordinate workspaces will be documented and delivered at project conclusion. e. Based on experience gained during the initial configuration, Contractor will then recommend final production configuration that will accommodate at least one year of growth in document storage. II. Production environment a. All data and documents stored during the testing process will be removed / deleted. b. Production ready compute capabilities will be configured. c. Storage sufficient for one year of documents will be estimated and configured. d. Contractor will be on standby to answer questions and assist in problem remediation for 90 days after production environment delivery.
