The Contractor shall be responsible for a total of three hundred eleven (311) buoy assemblies for the island of Oahu. • There are thirty-six (36) navigational buoy assemblies. • There are two hundred seventy-five (275) mooring buoy assemblies. DECOMMISSION OF KEEHI SBH “B” MOORING FIELD; The Contractor will not be inspecting or repairing Keehi “B” mooring field. The Contractor shall remove, clean, and store the usable mooring buoys from the Keehi “B” mooring field. The balance of the mooring assemblies for the “B” mooring field shall be left in place on top of the mooring block. The Contractor shall provide a map of the “B” mooring field with notes on the condition of the blocks. MOORING ASSEMBLIES NOT TYPICAL; There are buoy assemblies that were installed by private owners or contractors. Some of them are configured differently that the typical State installed mooring depicted in the attachments. Any changes on the configuration of the mooring components shall be discussed and agreed upon with the Contractor and the State. Some of the moorings at the Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor (SBH), Heeia Kea SBH and Waianae SBH are included in this category
