1. New Fire Alarm System: Work shall include, but not be limited to furnishing and installation of new fire alarm system, furnishing and installing conduits and wiring, interconnection with the existing air conditioning (duct smoke detectors), fire sprinkler, elevator, and fire suppression systems, and elevator lobby door holders, complete and in place, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. 1 Lump Sum $ 2. Demolish Existing Fire Alarm System: Work shall include, but not be limited to demolition of the existing fire alarm system, and proper disposal of equipment and materials, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. 1 Lump Sum $ 3. Services of the various vendors currently maintaining the building’s fire sprinkler, elevator, HVAC, and FM-200 systems to modify/reprogram/replace the existing system’s equipment that is not in the project’s contract document, but is necessary for the proper operation of the equipment provided under this project. Work shall include, but not limited to all cabling, conduits, equipment, materials, and labor. 1 Allowance $ 20,000.00
