Remove existing temporary generator connection, automatic transfer switch and associated conduit/wiring. Remove concrete pad for existing generator at existing Generator/Electrical Room. Provide new exterior-mounted generator, automatic transfer switch, portable generator connection cabinet, conduit/wiring, junction boxes, panelboard and reconnect existing main emergency power panel. Provide emergency battery pack in existing luminaires as indicated on the drawings. Restore asphalt pavement for new underground concrete encased ducts. Provide new concrete pad for new generator. Remove portion of existing CMU retaining wall and provide new retaining wall to accommodate new exterior-mounted generator. Provide junction boxes; conduits; wiring; patching and refinishing of building surfaces; and all other improvements as indicated on the drawings and as necessary to provide a complete usable system, complete in place
