The work to be completed includes, but is not limited, to the following: (A) Stormwater Treatment Device Maintenance 1. The Contractor shall maintain all stormwater treatment devices listed in Appendix A Storm Water Treatment Devices Inventory and Maps, of the Appendices and record findings in a format approved by the State. Maintenance of stormwater treatment devices shall be performed on an "as needed" basis. 2. The Contractor shall maintain stormwater treatment devices per the maintenance guidelines provided in Appendix B Storm Water Treatment Devices Maintenance Procedures, of the Appendices. 3. The Contractor shall install all Best Management Practices (BMPs) indicated on their submitted and approved BMP plan prior to starting any cleaning activities 4. The Contractor shall provide and maintain pollution control measures during all maintenance activities. The protective control measures shall be approved by the Engineer. 5. Inspections. All work by the Contractor shall be subject to inspection by the State. The inspector will accompany the contractor during maintenance activities. The Inspector and the Contractor shall record the amount of material removed from the storm water treatment device. A copy of any disposal manifest that are generated as a result of this project shall be submitted to the State with the invoice.
