2.2.1 All work shall be in accordance with this RFP, including its attachments, and any addenda. 2.2.2 Offerors will complete and submit Statement of Work, Attachment 4, to detail how the work will be performed and identify the type of materials to be utilized to successfully meet the project objective 2.2.3 Due to limitations in funding availability the scope of work will be divided into 4 (Four) Phases per below and also reference the as-built drawings, Exhibit 3. The Offerors provide a proposal in the Bid Offer Form, OF-1 and OF-2 , as well detailing in their Statement of Work how the work for each Phase will beaccomplished.
