Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Planning Department is seeking the services of a consultant or consultant team (community planning to include graphic design, landscape architecture and engineering services) to assist the County in supporting the Rice Street Streetscape Plan and redevelopment of Rice Street. Services include the following: 1. Develop the identity/logo for Rice Street incorporating community input; 2. Develop concepts for features that enhance the Rice Street identity such as: banners, wayfinding and historic signage, crosswalk treatments, temporary bulbouts and/or parklets; 3. Develop cost estimates for the features developed in 2 above; and 4. Prepare construction documents for items selected for further development and bidding/procurement that can be incorporated into an interim/striping/streetscape improvement plan for Rice Street.
