Specifications include, but are not limited to: contractor to create a network node and provide a server collocation that provides network and internet connectivity. 1) Provide collocation rack space (8U) for servers and ancillary equipment. 2) Provide all cabling and fasteners for rack mounting. 3) Provide 24 hour 7 day a week security, access control, power, cooling, and network management for equipment in the rack space. 4) Provide 24 hour 7 day a week customer support for network issues. 5) Provide dedicated secure connectivity (30 mbps minimum) from 1099 Alakea Street, Honolulu, HI 96813 to the collocation. 6) Provide dedicated secure connectivity (20 mbps minimum) from the existing network at 3375 Koapaka Street D198, Honolulu, HI 96819 to the collocation. 7) Provide network security and management (firewall, monitoring, VLAN, intrusion prevention, intrusion detection, remediation, and managed switching). 8) Provide 10 external static IPs for websites. 9) Provide 30 mbps symmetrical internet bandwidth accessible from all nodes in the network. This would include the Alakea street node, the server collocation, and nodes at the existing Koapaka street installation. 10) Provide network services and equipment to configure and maintain a local area network to connect nodes in an already existing network at the Koapaka street installation, Alakea street node, and the Server Collocation. 11) Provide secure remote (vpn) access. 12) Provide deep packet inspection services to monitor and track bandwidth usage (internally and externally).
