Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor's scope of work for network connectivity includes: 1. Recurring Collocation Connectivity and Equipment Housing a. Provide rack space (8 U) for servers and ancillary equipment at a collocation b. Provide all cabling and fasteners for the rack mounting at the collocation c. Provide 24 hour 7 day a week physical access for HART personnel at the collocation d. Provide 24 hour 7 day a week security, access control, power, cooling, and network management for equipment in the rack space at the collocation. e. Provide all necessary material, labor, and equipment to install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure. Contractor shall coordinate the delivery and installation of material and equipment with HART representatives where necessary. 2. Recurring Alii Place Connectivity a. Provide dedicated secure connectivity (minimum 1Gbps symmetrical bandwidth) from the 1099 Alakea Street, Honolulu, HI 96813 network node to the collocation (3375 Koapaka street node), WAN (all other network nodes), and the internet. b. Provide all necessary material, labor, and equipment to install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure. Contractor shall coordinate the delivery and installation of material and equipment with HART representatives where necessary. 3. Recurring Network Security Charge a. Provide deep packet inspection services to monitor and track bandwidth usage (internally and externally). b. Provide network security and management (firewall, monitoring, virtual local area network, intrusion detection, remediation, and managed switching). 4. Recurring Network Services Charge a. Provide network services and equipment to configure and maintain WAN connections to all nodes and the server collocation. b. Provide secure remote (virtual private network) access for 30 users. c. Provide 6 external facing static internet protocol addresses for websites. d. Provide 24 hour 7 day a week customer support for network issues.
