21.1 Parking Instructions. Delivery and retrieval of tables and chairs shall be conducted using one of the following options: a. Through the basement entrance of the Hawaii State Capitol located at 415 S. Beretania Street. Please note that the maximum vehicle height clearance for the underground parking is 12 feet 3 inches (see Exhibit D); or b. In the fire lane on Beretania Street, where a person must remain with the vehicle at all times. c. All individuals entering the building must present a valid photo ID. 21.2 Furnish, Deliver and assemble forty (40) tables and eighty (80) chairs at 3:00 PM HST, Tuesday 09/16/2025 at the Hawaii State Capitol (4th Floor) in accordance with Exhibit C. 21.3 Retrieve and disassemble the forty (40) tables and eighty (80) chairs at 1:00 PM HST, Wednesday 09/17/2025 at the Hawaii State Capitol.
