Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnishing Security Officer Services at the Aloha Stadium. A. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary management, security officers, uniforms, vehicles, and equipment to establish and provide security services for the Stadium Authority, State of Hawaii, at the Aloha Stadium, Aiea, Hawaii. All security services will be confined to and performed within the Stadium boundary lines that include the stadium proper, Upper and Lower Halawa Parking Lots, the adjacent Kamehameha Highway Lot (aka Kam Lot) bordered by Salt Lake Boulevard, Kamehameha Hwy., and Essex Road, and the sliver of area that includes the office trailer located on Essex Road and Salt Lake Boulevard adjacent to the Kam Lot. B. The Contractor shall have in its employ, an adequate number of personnel to perform the work in the manner and time required by these specifications. If the Contractor fails to furnish suitable and sufficient personnel for the proper performance of the work, the State may, by written notice, suspend work pursuant to the contract until suitable and sufficient personnel are furnished; assess the Contractor a non-performance penalty for each day that services are not provided, and depending on the seriousness and severity of nonperformance, the Authority may consider the Contractor in breach of this contract and have the right to proceed with termination of this contract.
