1. Model: New, of current production model, 2-post lift, Rotary SP020, Mohawk ML-220, Challenger CL20-0 or approved substitute and meeting the following minimum specifications herein. 2. Capacity: 20,000 lbs. capacity with 5,000 lb. rating per arm. 3. Arm Spread: Front/Rear: 34” minimum and 62” maximum. 4. Drive Through Clearance: 111” 5. Overall Width: 161” maximum. 6. Lift Rise 77” 7. Maximum Overall Height: 198” 8. Power Requirements: 4 hp, 208/230V, 1 phase. 9. Hydraulic System: Manufacturer’s standard hydraulic system consisting of a power unit, gear pump, reservoir, up/down control valves, pressure relief, regulator and check valves. The entire power unit shall be totally enclosed and protected from dirt and water. A pressure relief valve shall be provided to prevent overloading of the lifting unit. A regulator valve shall be provided to control the lowering speed. The hydraulic system shall be self-lubricating and shall be constructed to require minimum maintenance. Each hydraulic cylinder shall have a device installed to prevent collapse in the event of a fluid leak. All hydraulic hoses shall be of steel reinforced construction with a burst rating of 13,500 psig (minimum) and have standard JIC fittings throughout. Hydraulic tubing to consist of seamless stainless steel with a minimum outside diameter of 3/8”. 10. Control System: The control console shall be installed at the column with the following controls: a. Power On pilot lamp. b. Raise and Lower controls each consisting of a water resistant heavy duty switch. c. Auto engagement of column lock when raising vehicle. d. Filter condition indicator lamp as available from the manufacturer. All controls shall be labeled appropriately. All controls, warnings, and instructional information shall be oil resistant, laminated, or engraved in plastic. Metal serial tag shall be riveted into place. 11. Other Equipment: Wide frame adapters for GM trucks as applicable, Flip up adapters (1 for each arm), Standard truck adapters (1 for each arm) and any and all other items, components and features as listed in the manufacturer’s specifications and/or brochures as standard equipment, whether or not specified herein, shall be included. 12. Manuals: Two (2) owner/operator manuals. 13. Warranty: Manufacturer’s maximum warranty or five (5) years, whichever is longer, against factory defects on all structural items and one (1) year or 12 months, whichever is longer, on all other components. Warranty certificate to be provided at time of delivery.
