Information on Transfer Certificate of Title, Land Court Lien Letters and/or Title Insurance Policies and Continuation Reports shall be provided by the Contractor, including, but not limited to, the following: A. The name of the owner or owners, their current marital status and their interests in the title as the name appears on the public records. B. The legal description of the parcel, as shown by the instrument in the public record, from which their ownership was established. C. Information with respect to the conveyance or other instrument, based on the public record of such conveyance or instrument by which ownership was acquired or derived including: the date thereof, the Liber and page number of the recording or the Transfer Certificate of Title number, document number and application number of the Land Court registered titles, the name and (if shown on such record) the address of the grantor or grantors, the stated consideration, the amount of any mortgages or encumbrances to which title was made subject in such conveyance or conveyances and instrument or instruments on which revenue stamps were not required.
