The Contractor shall furnish, deliver, setup, and maintain three (3) Mobile Video Surveillance Trailers at various locations to be determined by the Honolulu Police Department and provide 24 hours a day, seven days a week video monitoring service and alert 911 of any issues for a 6-month pilot project period. Technical / Performance Requirements 1. Mobile Video Surveillance Trailer a. Self-contained and towable on public roads b. Minimum Mast Height: Twenty (20) feet (collapsible for transporting) c. Camera Coverage: 360-degree field of view at all times provided by panning and/or multiple cameras d. Camera Specifications: Capable of delivering high definition/high resolution images e. Power: Solar powered, tamper resistant f. Live Streaming Video: Yes, in high definition and accessible via standard internet browser g. 24/7 Recording Accessible: Yes, continuous (non-motion based) recording in high resolution (minimum 4K) and accessible via standard internet browser – HPD will need to have access to the recordings at any given time h. Video Storage: Cloud based, accessible via standard internet browser – recordings need to be kept for a minimum of two (2) weeks before it overwrites i. Active Deterrents: Yes, including flood lights, blue strobe lights, and two-way communication j. Anti-Theft Features: Breakaway tongue, lockable doors, GPS tracking
