Specifications include, but are not limited to:Technical / Performance Requirements.1.Install the Access Control and Monitoring System (ACAMS) including all of its components(devices, software, cabling, etc.) which shall be fully integrated and compatible with theexisting City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Avigilon ACAMS system.2.Install a total of three (3) access control (Card Reader) doors at the pump station building.Each door will consist of one (1) each; AptiQ MT15 multi-technology reader, Request to Exitsensor, Door Contact, Exit Push Button, and Magnetic Lock.3.Install an Emergency Key Switch and a key safe on the building.4.Install one (1) Avigilon compatible power supply with enclosure containing one (1) MercuryEP1501 intelligent system controller and appropriate Mercury MR52 two door interfacemodule(s) and a backup battery at the “head end” of each building.5.Install an equipment rack, one (1) network video recorder (Enterprise class device such asDellPowerEdgeR320orapprovedsubstitute,Windows-based,minimum4GBmemory,internal RAID 5 storage with a recording capacity of thirty (30) days at 4 frames per second per camera and ACAMS software), and a backup battery in an air conditioned rack-mount enclosure in the head end of the building.
