Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish the necessary management, security officers,uniforms, vehicles and equipment to establish and provide security services for the Stadium Authority, State of Hawaii, at the Aloha Stadium, Aiea, Hawaii. All security services will be confined to and performed within the Stadium boundary lines that include the stadium proper, Upper and Lower Halawa Parking Lots, and the adjacent Kamehameha Highway Lots (aka Kam Lot). The Contractor shall, at all times, employ sufficient personnel to perform the work in the manner and time required by these specifications. If the Contractor fails to furnish suitable and sufficient personnel for the proper performance of the work,the State may, by written notice, suspend the work until suitable and sufficient personnel are furnished.
