All services to be provided shall be in accordance with this RFP, including its attachments and any addenda. 1. CONTRACTOR’S ACTIVITIES The CONTRACTOR shall: A. Collaboratively design and execute a strategic, bipartisan federal engagement plan aimed at enhancing the STATE’s visibility among key federal policymakers in both the legislative and executive branches to achieve broader support for the STATE’s priority initiatives by fostering strong relationships and aligning strategic objectives with federal opportunities; B. Craft briefing materials, legislative text, one-pagers, slide decks, and other supporting materials to help articulate the STATE’s policy objectives; C. Engage key departments, in an effort to identify and pursue new champions and opportunities, including but not limited to: • U.S. Economic Development Administration; • Small Business Administration; and • Office of Management and Budget.
