A. TENT RENTAL AND EQUIPMENT SERVICES The Contractor shall provide tent equipment, set up, and breakdown services for Capitol Modern: The Hawai‘i State Art Museum. The Contractor shall also provide other event equipment rental, set up, and breakdown services for items such as chairs, staging, additional tents, or other such kinds of equipment if they are available. Items and services requested outside of the contract terms shall be billed to the SFCA at cost. B. NECESSARY EQUIPMENT The Contractor shall provide a solid white or clear 30' x 60' tent or acceptable equivalent for its second floor grand lanai event space. Lighting must be included with each rental and must evenly illuminate the area below. Tent must be secured with straps to columns with pads below poles. No water barrels are allowed on the second floor lanai. C. COLLECTION OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT The Contractor will coordinate the transportation, delivery, and collection of all equipment rentals. D. STORAGE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT The Contractor will have no access to limited storage space available at Capitol Modern: The Hawai‘i State Art Museum. There is no storage available for tent poles or similar large items at the museum.
