The DOH, FSVPU is seeking the expertise of a coordinator to implement a sexual violence awareness conference that will be open to community partners/ professionals. The goal of the conference is to: • Gain knowledge on strengthening economic supports • Learn about creating protective environments in schools • Promote social norms that protect against violence; The event coordinator will be required to work collaboratively with FSVPU staff to arrange logistics, including processing payments, coordinating registration, and securing appropriate location and presenters. The ideal coordinator will have knowledge of protective factors and have established connections with key stakeholders across Hawaii who are engaged in sexual violence awareness and prevention services.
