The Contractor shall provide electrical and street light maintenance services at Waiahole Valley Agricultural Park and Residential Subdivision, Waiahole, Kaneohe, Hawaii, 96744, as further described below. A location map has been attached for reference in Attachment A. A. Street Light Repair Services. 1. Test malfunctioning street light lamp for light output. 2. Remove defective or malfunctioning street light fixture from the utility pole. 3. Repair, replace, and/or install new street light fixtures, including bulbs, light sensors, fuse holders, and/or fuses, and test same to ensure proper operation. 4. Perform any street light related repair services, as needed. B. Electrical Trouble-shooting Services. 1. Perform any electrical trouble-shooting services required by HHFDC at the Waiahole Valley Agricultural Park and Residential Subdivision. C. Contingency/Optional Services Allowance. An amount of $20,000 is provided for additional work not covered by other line items in the Quote for Services or for unforeseen circumstances discovered in the performance of the work that may impact the scope, timeline, or other material aspects of the requirements. Refer to section VII.G. HHFDC shall require that the Contractor submit invoices, receipts and/or other information necessary to process payment.
