Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Judiciary will contract with an individual to research, prepare, organize, and write material for the Benchbook Criminal Chapter update. The Contractor shall work with the Judiciary’s Judicial Education Committee to identify the relevant materials to be included in the Benchbook, as well as the scope of the materials to be included in the project.; The Benchbook Criminal Chapter is currently a 764-page Microsoft Word document. Please see Attachment A for sample pages.; The Contractor will operate as an independent contractor. Judiciary facilities and equipment will not be available to conduct the work. The Judiciary will provide access to the online legal research service Westlaw. ; The Contractor will submit substantive materials and formats directly to Judicial Education Office staff in an electronic format (Microsoft Word) for review and publication at the three (3) and six (6) month intervals of the project period.; The Judiciary will contract with an individual to research, prepare, organize, and write material for the Benchbook Criminal Chapter update.
