CONTRACTOR shall: 1. Receive data from the contractor who will be conducting the digital tourism survey and AKAMAI ARRIVALS data from DAB. 2. Process data for the prior month at the start of the next month. 3. Assign each form a unique identification number, and log arrival date, flight number and airline on each record. 4. Work with DBEDT staff to establish, maintain and update data processing procedures and methodology to incorporate data from the digital tourism survey with data from AKAMAI ARRIVALS. 5. Ensure that outliers, aberrant distributions, and false responses are flagged for further review with DBEDT Research staff. Respondents shall propose ways to address these issues in the RFP. 6. Perform regular tests throughout the term of the Contract to check on the reliability and accuracy of data processing procedures to ensure compatibility with historical data sets. C. Weighting and Tabulation of Collected Data. The CONTRACTOR shall: 1. Monthly: Adjust data for party size. Apply DBEDT-provided airline carrier passenger and port-of-entry weights to data collected from the digital tourism survey and from Akamai Arrivals. 2. Annually: Reweight year-end data, by party size, any revised final monthly airline carrier passengers, and port-of-entry weights, provided by DBEDT. 3. If requested, apply additional weights provided by DBEDT. D. Reporting and Delivery of Results. The CONTRACTOR shall: 1. Submit through email a daily log in Excel format with the domestic airline and flight number, arrival date, number of passengers, crew counts, and port-of-entry. 2. Submit through email weekly progress reports to include: forms collected by arrivals dates, by island port-of-entry. 3. Submit through email a final monthly report to include: airline and flight number, arrival date, passenger counts, by port-of-entry, crew counts, number of forms verified and processed, by the 9th day of the succeeding month...
