The work shall include photography and videography documentation and monitoring of approximately 2-3 SFCA grantee programs on each neighbor island A. The work shall in general include action shots of teachers, students, committees, artists, art activities, and other activities as appropriate for the specific program, to be determined with the photography team and staff at SFCA. B. The work shall also include video coverage of programming and on-camera interviews with grantee participants C. Photographer/videographer must wear an approved media badge and must obtain any required permissions from grantees to film and use images of students. D. Contractor must provide all necessary audio/visual equipment and editing/production services. E. Digital images and videos of programs must be included as part of bid proposal. Deliverables to be determined for each program by the photography/videography team and SFCA staff.
