DLNR is seeking consultant services to plan, design, and develop a comprehensive Public Land Trust Information System (PLTIS). The scope of work includes analysis of Act 54 requirements, analysis of how each agency manages applicable lands, and analysis of Act 178 requirements. There must also be mechanisms for importing or transferring agency data into the system, as well as a user interface for maintaining the data. Details of the scope of work are outlined below: 1. Project Management Project management tasks shall include, but may not be limited to the following: a. Plan and coordinate with the State’s Project Team. b. Provide minutes for all project meetings. c. Create a project schedule to establish milestones, to track progress, and to help ensure that deadlines are met. d. Establish an issue management process, to allow the State’s Project Team to view existing issues and to report new issues. e. Provide weekly status updates via email or meetings as requested. f. Submit formal reports and conduct project presentations as requested by the State’s Project Team.
