1. Consultation and Concept Refinement: A. Engage in 2-3 facilitated meetings with the OHA representatives, cultural practitioners, and leadership to refine and interpret conceptual direction. B. Incorporate cultural symbology, historical references, and strategic intentions appropriate for an Official Seal. 2. Design and Development: A. Create initial sketches or digital drafts (3-5 options) for review. B. Refine a selected concept into a final version suitable for official use. C. Produce high-resolution files in vector format (e.g. AI, SVG), and additional formats including PNG, JPG, and PDF. 3. Delivery and Transfer: A. Provide a final style guide including rationale, color palette, and usage guidelines. B. Assign all rights and ownership of the final seal design to the OHA upon project completion.
