SCOPE OF WORK: I. Assessment and Planning: Conduct assessment of the current Cityworks and supporting ESRI services and ArcGIS Portal application. Identify data migration needs including databases, applications, and user interfaces. Define cloud architecture and select appropriate cloud service provider (CSP) based on scalability, compliance, and cost. CONSULTANT shall provide reliable infrastructure and licensing for SQL Server and ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal which shall be included under this contract. CONSULTANT shall utilize current version of ArcGIS Enterprise for hosting. II. Environment Setup: Set up the cloud environment with the selected CSP. Configure security settings including data encryption and access controls. CONSULTANT shall be responsible for maintaining the system at the architecture level, firewalls, database servers, ArcGIS Enterprise, virtual machine (VM) servers, as well as security and uptime of these systems.
