The CONTRACTOR shall provide custodial services for the Waimano Hale Complex, Hale A, B, C, D, and E, located at 2201 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782. The Scope of Services are as follows: 1. THE CONTRACTOR’S ACTIVITIES: The CONTRACTOR shall: A. Employ and train individuals with disabilities to provide routine cleaning of all rooms of the Waimano Hale Complex for buildings Hale A, B, C, D, and E. B. Provide the cleaning tools, supplies, and toiletries necessary to clean and restock the restrooms, kitchen, lunchrooms, and offices appropriately. These items shall include, but are not limited to gloves, trash bin bags, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper rolls, toilet seat covers, hand soap, sanitizing/disinfecting solutions, mops, mop buckets, brooms, dust pans, vacuums, dusters/towels, sponges, and scrubbers. C. Provide the custodial services from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the Hale A, B, C, D, and E buildings, except for State holidays, pursuant to the “Hawaii State Holidays Calendar,” attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and except for bi-annual services that shall be performed on weekends and/or State holidays. D. Provide custodial services including, but not limited to: 1) DAILY a) Clean and disinfect toilet fixtures (permanent fixture, consisting of a toilet bowl, tank, internal flushing mechanism, floor flange, wax ring, and water shut off value) and hardware (the toilet seat, lid, toilet paper holder, flush handle, and any grab bars) in the restrooms; b) Clean and disinfect door fixtures and hardware (the accessories and components installed around the toilet that are affixed to the wall, floor, or toilet); c) Replenish all supplies which include, but are not limited to, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, paper towels, soap, garbage bags in the restrooms and kitchens; d) Sweep and damp mop ceramic floors in the restrooms and all tile floors in the hallways and all offices with a light cleaning solution and/or disinfectant, without getting the furniture wet causing damage to the furniture and the color to bleed on the floor. The CONTRACTOR shall not utilize any cleaning solutions which may damage the floor wax; e) Sweep doormats; f) Clean all sinks and counter tops. These tasks shall include, but are not limited to scrubbing and wiping down of sinks with cleaning products and/or disinfectants; g) Clean all tables in the restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and offices. These tasks shall include, but are not limited to, dusting and disinfecting all surfaces; h) Empty and clean trash receptacles and replace liners as needed in the restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and conference rooms; i) Clean and polish water fountains in the hallways; and j) After completing the above tasks, place trash including bulky items in the trash dumpster located behind the Hale E building. 2) WEEKLY a) Vacuum all rooms with carpeted floors; and b) Wipe down all equipment and furniture in conference rooms, to include, but not be limited to, tables and chairs, and damp mop tile floors for all conference rooms. The CONTRACTOR shall not use any cleaning solutions which may damage the floor wax.
