The improvements will convert the storage room into a meeting room. Improvements include select demolition, repair and repaint existing finishes. New ceiling clouds, with higher performing acoustic ceiling tiles, suspended metal ceiling grid, adding lights with energy efficient LED bulbs. Electrical and mechanical improvements include removing the window AC unit and adding a new split system AC system to the space. A wood slat screen wall is being added to conceal existing mechanical and electrical equipment within the room
