Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DLIR Unemployment Insurance Division is seeking a vendor to provide contract services for business analysis and project testing services. The vendor should provide deliverables required to enable the UI Modernization Project to go-live in accordance to best practices within a production environment, and such Services shall include: 2.3.1 Project Testing Services - Sr. Test Lead • The Test Lead must have experience with ERP system implementations with Fortune 500 companies. • The Test Lead must have the capability to create well-structured, comprehensive test plans & scripts in addition to documenting test procedures and identifying defects that will results in meeting quality standards. • The Test Lead must understand the capabilities of technical and analytical tools relevant to applicable systems to strategize and implement best solutions for the business. • The Test Lead will lead all aspects of testing, planning, staff oversight, strong communications, oversight of vendor testing, reporting etc. • The Team Lead must have proven, strong communication and coordination skills in high visibility setup working with customers, vendors, and partners. • The Team Lead must have demonstrated experience in lead functional testing, integration tests, regression testing, and end-to-end testing
