SCOPE OF SERVICES Assist the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT) in construction support services for this project. Project may require day, night, and weekend work. STAFFING NEEDS HDOT requires the Consultant to provide the following personnel to assist the Oahu District Office during pre-construction, construction and post-construction of this project: 1. Full-Time staff: a. One (1) Construction Inspector (equivalent to a State Construction Inspector IV) 2. Part-time staff: a. One (1) Project Engineer (equivalent to a State Engineer IV) b. One (1) Field Engineer (equivalent to a State Engineer III) The above is an estimate of the required manpower. The State reserves the right to adjust the manpower requirements as necessary during the project duration. Provide resumes of at least two (2) qualified personnel for each category that are anticipated to work on this project.
