All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: For the migration of remaining application functionality and development support from the Comprehensive Information Database System (CIDS) to the Ports Hawaii Information Management System (PHIMS). The remaining CIDS application functionality to be migrated are but not limited to; 1. CIDS Property Management; 2. eCIDS; 3. Accounts Receivable Billing and; 4. Related Reports and Reporting. During the application development scope and migration, the Contractor is expected to support and provide technical support related to the migration of the CIDS functionality to PHIMS. For example, if a GL module or functionality is migrated to PHIMS and does not function as designed or planned the Contractor must respond to DOTH and provide an immediate plan, solution and work around if needed for the processes and operations of DOTH to continue.
