The LD is cognizant of the importance of building the internal capacity of schools to sustain the progress in student achievement at the same time implementing a data driven approach that addresses systemic changes in school culture, organization and management. These supports, programs, and assistance must be customized to meet the specific and unique needs of each school. Services should be designed and delivered to identify improvement areas and develop and implement successful strategies that build school sustainability and reflect student achievement.
