1. Collaboration with DOH, MCHB, Home Visiting Services Unit a. Provide a detailed proposal of the community-level home visiting program recognition event(s) upon submission of bid and ensure all event planning and logistics are executed efficiently and in alignment with the proposal. b. Describe how your event(s) will include but not limited too: i. Celebrating 50 years of home visiting in Hawaii. ii. Coordinate, collaborate, and celebrate with local partners. iii. Outreach to your local legislator. iv. Promotion to your local network. c. Any deviation from your detailed proposal will require prior approval from HVSU. d.
