Environmental compliance related actions required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the State of Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH), and small municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit requirements per Appendix K of HAR Title 11 Chapters 54 and 55, and HDOT Harbors storm water management programs (SWMP). 2. Compliance to National Pollutants Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements per Appendix B governed under HAR Title 11 Chapters 54 and 55. 3. Compliance with HDOH water quality standards requirements in support of commercial harbor projects. 4. Stormwater pollution prevention and related flood mitigation. 5. Assistance to the implementation of Harbors Environmental Management System (EMS). 6. Assistance to Harbors storm conveyance system Operation & Maintenance. 7. Preparation and coordination of United States Army Corps of Engineerings (USACE) permits for maintenance dredging projects (such as, sediment sampling)
