In accordance with §103D-304, HRS, Procurement of Professional Services, the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), Harbors Division (DOTH) is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to provide a range of electrical engineering design services for Commercial Harbors Electrical Engineering Support, Phase 3 Statewide, Project No. Q90204. Work Order Assignments will be in support of Federal-aid and/or State-funded projects and programs being managed by the Harbors Engineering Branch, Department of Transportation. The purpose is to assist Harbors by providing electrical engineering services, on “as-required” basis, to meet programmatic and organizational goals on Capital Improvements, Infrastructure Modernization, and Climate Adaptation and Resiliency.
