Specifications include, but are not limited to: Branding, creative, and graphic design (collectively referred to as creative design) services are being requested to assist and support HTDC in its efforts to generate awareness and communicate messages about Hawaiis growing tech-based economy and HTDCs vision, role and programs. Branding: Develop and maintain a consistent brand image for HTDC programs, activities, and events including new programs and initiatives. Brand should be consistent throughout all material, collateral, and websites. Creative: Conceptualize, develop and produce advertisements to promote Hawaii as a place for business, the tech industry, and HTDC programs and priorities. The advertisements will encompass all communication and media channels including, but not limited to: o physical displays to be showcased at the airports o digital outlets (e.g. email, website, social media, youtube, etc.) Re-design of HTDC websites and layout using the existing content manager (operating on Drupal). Generate creative graphic design content for the web throughout the year (stories, headlines, infographics,etc) working with HTDC and the Public Relations (PR) provider.
