A. Product Specifications DVR is seeking to procure a self-service vending machine for both drinks and food, colloquially known as a micro market. Because the operator of the related storefront is legally blind, to be considered an acceptable product all proposed devices must meet both the accessibility specifications and performance/technical specifications. Non-accessible devices shall be deemed non-responsive. Accessibility Requirements • Smart Locks that can be monitored and/or operated via a mobile app or via computer including remotely locking and unlocking the device. • Blind/Low Vision accessible monitors and displays on the device, 2-foot or larger (40” preferred) • Audio output, including headphone jack • Touch controls compatible with iOS/Android screen readers, for example, touch once and voice identifies the control touched, double-tap to activate even if not in the same location on the screen. • Built-in security camera (Bank ATM-style to observe the customers) • All products/devices must be able to integrate with each other.
