The contractor shall, in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by the SFCA, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, provide and perform services on behalf of the State necessary to plan, budget, implement or support and report on the following grants administration activities: • Grant management. Oversee all aspects of grant programs, including identifying funding opportunities, preparing and submitting grant proposals, and managing grant reporting. • Compliance. Ensure compliance with all grantor guidelines and regulations, maintain accurate records and documentation related to grant funding. • Collaboration. Work closely with program management teams to gather necessary information for grant making and grant proposals. • Research and analysis. Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and analyze grant data to assess and strengthen the organization’s grant-making program. • Communication. Build and maintain relationships with funders, grantees, and stakeholders, providing clear communication regarding grant specifications and requirements.
