Specifications include, but are not limited to: Obtain community input in preparation for developing a Request for Proposal for annual preventative roof cleaning and maintenance for the Waimano Hale Complex. The State of Hawaii Department of Health (“DOH”), Developmental Disabilities Division (“DDD”), Case Management Branch, (hereinafter “STATE”), is requesting information on conducting annual preventative roof cleaning and maintenance for the Waimano Hale Complex – Hale A Building, Hale B Building, Hale C Building, Hale D Building, and Hale E Building roofs, located at 2201 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782. The information will assist the STATE as it develops an RFP to procure annual preventative roof cleaning and maintenance on Oahu. The STATE is seeking professional guidance, including but not limited to commercial roof maintenance best practices, practices to avoid and to include, and methods/cleaning/solutions/equipment to recommend and use, and to avoid.
