The buildings (and their corresponding addresses and fire alarm equipment information) that are part of this bid are listed on the attached spreadsheet – EXHIBIT A – FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND ADX EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS HSPLS LIBRARIES. The Contractor shall use the data on the spreadsheet for the preparation of their bid proposal. The Contractor shall verify and confirm the equipment at each library. Contractor shall exercise infection control methods for all material used on site containing odor and/or material considered hazardous, including, but not limited to air intake filters, interior protection, proper disposal, and a documented safety plan. HSPLS reserves the right to have maintenance or repair tasks performed on the weekends or after normal operating hours if the work may affect building operations.
