Trash bins for carcass removal/disposal services to the Maui County landfill during the 2026 axis deer hunt. Vendor will provide trash bins of apx 3 cubic yard capacity (or similar) to the hunter check station located at 917 Fraser Avenue, Lanai City. Vendor will haul away & dispose of carcasses at the Lanai, Maui County landfill. Vendor will be responsible for all fees associated with disposing carcasses at the landfill. Vendor shall be responsible for the following: 1.) Delivering 1 trash bin on the requested start date of each hunt by 7:00AM 2.) Removing 1 bin on the Monday following each hunt by 7:00AM 3.) Checking the bin daily during the hunting sessions to see if it needs to be hauled away and replaced with an additional bin for the weekend. See attached schedule for hunting days and bin delivery/check/removal. Determination if an additional bin is needed will be based on the following: A.) Enough space in bin B.) Smell of carcasses & direction of wind C.) Any maggots present
